These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Rivil International Education Consultants ("Rivil", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Rivil provides overseas education consultancy services to Sri Lankan students, including free visa consultation and study-abroad guidance. We support students with course selection, applications, visa preparation and pre-departure planning through our institutional experience and counselling team.
Rivil acts as a facilitator and guide. We assist you in identifying suitable institutions, preparing applications, and navigating the visa process. We are not the awarding body for any qualification, and we do not make admission or visa decisions, which rest entirely with the relevant universities and government authorities.
While we draw on more than 22 years of experience to give you the best possible chance of success, we cannot and do not guarantee admission to any institution or the grant of any visa. Outcomes depend on the decisions of universities and immigration authorities, your qualifications, and the accuracy of the information provided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information at all times. Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent documents or information may result in the rejection of your application or visa, for which Rivil bears no responsibility.
You are responsible for reviewing all documents before they are submitted, for meeting deadlines communicated to you, and for complying with the requirements of your chosen institution and destination country, including financial and English-language requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website, including any decision made by a university or immigration authority.
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Rivil International Education Consultants or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
